Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
Hello,

It depends on the diagnosis, inherited disorders are not treatable, acquired disorders of cerebellar atrophy improve at least partially with therapy. Discuss with your Neurologist for these issues. He can decide if you are eligible for treatment or not.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Erion Spaho, Neurologist, Surgical
