Suggest Treatment For Cervical Kyphosis At Level C5 ,C4-5 Degenerative Change

I recently had an Xray shows Cervical kyphosis centered at the level C5 C4-5 degenreative change, Radioligist indicates if Nerve root impingement symptons, can be followed up with an MRI. I have suffered with neck problems for many years. Excessively so since 2008. If I move or jar my neck a certain way, I end up with excrutiating pain in my neck &shoulder. previous AMRI in 2008 showed disk bulge C4-5 and broad based disk protusion C5-C6 Mild mass effect on the antero right lateral aspect of the cord.minikmal right foraminal narrowing is secondary to joint hypertrophy. I am now in terible pain and will be see my Md today. I need to know what to ask him about my symptoms. My hand feels like its tingling and very weak. I feel discouraged because this has been for many years. Physio, chiro, massage. Now on Lyrica which makes me feel aweful. Can you please tell me what I need to discuss with my doctor. thank you Tara
