Suggest Treatment For Cervical Nerve Compression At C4-C5

Hi Doctor.. I have a cervical nerve compression at C4-5 and I have pain in middle back and extends to side and fron t of chest in a horizontal manner. I have this problem for 3-4 months now. Took physiotherapy for a month almost but the pain has recurred after 15 days again. Please suggest.
