Suggest Treatment For Chest And Back Pain

hai doctor, i am 40 yrs old woman,known diabetic,under medications,now having pain in the right chest radiating from front to back,pain increases on inhaling air,and not able to lie down on rt side.now after taking some pro kinetics the pain shifted to my rt shoulder and arm.what may be the cause and what is the management?

well the pain could be due to 4 causes
(1) PLEURISY
(2) COSTOCHONDRITIS
(3) MUSCULAR PAIN
(4) GASTRITIS
Kindly get a xray of chest n send a scanned copy so that i can make a precise diagnosis n prescribe u appropriate treatment for remedy of ur pain
