Suggest Treatment For Chest And Stomach Pain

hi my name is leanne im 18 years old since last saturday iv been feeling unwell with chest and tummy pains i saw my gp on monday and he gave me amoxicillian still i feel no different also when i finnish eating i have a stronger pain in my tummy i did tell the doctor this but he didnt take much notice can u help

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Pain in abdomen after eating food and chest pain is more of suggestive of gastritis and GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Get started with a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid every three hours.
Domperidone to regularise the motility.
Soft bland diet, small frequent meals.
If this does not help then you need an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and upper GI endoscopy along with other necessary tests and to get an appropriate management.
Avoid stress, anxiety, fatty and spicy foods.
