Suggest Treatment For Chest Infection With Wheezing In Babies

hiya my little boy is 15 months old, he has been diagnosed with a chest infection, rsv he is very wheezy, he is happy 1 minute crying the nxt he is on antibiotics and 3 day course of steroid tablets plus the blue and green and blue inhaler but he just isnt getting better and the wheeze is not going.

Hello,

Wheezing child requires frequent nebulization, if baby is not improving despite steroid and nebulisation, he may require hospitalization.

Oral dosage of steroid and inhaler can be given at home, but further treatment in form of injections requires monitoring in hospital.
