Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain And Hardness In Stomach Area

it started about a month ago i started getting cheste pain and tightness in my chest i went to the hospital they said i pulled a muscle in my chest gave me some pain med took them it didnt help about a week later i started getting pain in my shoulder and my neck started to become stiff and i still had bad chest pain all the time went back and they said oh you have a pinched nerve in my shoulder gave me pain meds took them didnt help after two weeks i started to get pain in my right side just on and below the rib it started to feel like something was pushing in to my rib i even felt a bulge then it started to have a burning sensation and then started to go numb went back to hospital and they said it was gerd and now a week later my left side has the same pain but worst and it feels like there is a big knot also when the pain starts it feels like my stomach gets very hard im just want to feel better could you help me please
