Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain When I Burp

for three days now I have increased gas - upper and lower. It s actually painful in the lower area until I toot (lots) and painful in the chest area until I burp (lots!). This is highly uncomfortable and frankly embarrassing. What can I do about it? It happens when I get up before I eat anything, happens after I eat, when I eat, when I don t eat - just doesn t matter.
