Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain With Breathing Difficulty
Chest pain on lower left side near sternum. It has caused my left arm to ache as well as my left shoulder. Deep breathing makes it worse as well as any position besides sitting up. It a sharp pain that feel like a bruise when I touch it. It has gotten worse over the last five hours. I am a 27 yof.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to costochondritis.Pain while palpation is characteristic.Any how it is better to have an ECG and chest X ray to rule out cardiac cause.For my patients with costochondritis i treat with anti inflammatory gels of diclofenac or nimusulide for local application.I give the tablets of same for oral intake if pain is severe.Hope this may help you.
