Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

I m a personal trainer and my 13-year old client (soccer player - training speed & agility, core strength, etc.) After sit ups today on the BOSU she said that it hurt her chest. She s in great shape and nothing else hurts her chest other than sit-ups. I m looking for a possible explanation as to why this happens.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, I'am Dr Suresh K Yadav MD (paediatrics), I had gone through your question and understand your concerns,

Sit-ups are one of most intense exercise, most likely reason is that we are going beyond over capacity, a little bit early . Reason for this is strain on heart and lung . So my advise will be to go a little slow and increase gradually.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions

Take care.
