Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain

i get really bad pains due to piking a really heavy tree trunk years ago when i was 15 years old...iam now 41 years old an still get pains from inside my body which feels like needle like chest pains due to the thing inside my belly button moving out of place.. what can i buy or make to stop the pains?

Hello,

Chest pain at your age can be due to respiratory problems or due to osteoporotic changes in the bones. Regular calcium and vitamin D3 supplements can help.
