Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Cold And Cough

Hello Doctor, My little boy is 3.10 Yrs old and weighs 18.4 Kg. He had throat pain, cough and fever 10 days back, to which the Doctor prescribed Azithral 200 mg 5 ml each for 3 days, Levocitrizine 5 ml twice a day for 3 days , and Calpol SOS. Though the fever has gone, but does not have complete relief on cough and cold. After taking Azithral, he developed lot of boils on his toungue and is unable to eat anything but sweet. This did lessen quite a bit after stopping azithral on 4th day, but when I started it today again, as he is not completely recovered from cough and cold, the boils have got severe and painful again. Ps advise something for good and fast recovery.
