Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Immediate control of fever with paracetamol and tepid sponging is necessary to control febrile seizures,
High fever of short duration suggests that it may be viral fever, urinary tract infection,Malaria or septicemia, pneumonia.
It requires thorough investitigon and treatment by pediatrician.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
