Suggest Treatment For Child Suffering From Focal Frontal Area Of Epilepsy

Hi ... My nephew is 3 years old and recently she did EEG and showed focal frontal area of epilepsy ...her doctor gave her Depakine but yesterday a big area of her tongue turned black and she is having a swelling in her face from the hair line to the tip of nose with progressive course .... what to do ?

This may indicate allergy to the drug.
Discontinue the drug and get back to your doctor as early as possible. If delayed this Amy progress to severe systemic reaction.
