Suggest Treatment For Child's Watery Stools, Bloating, Fever

My 3 year old has been having loose/ watery stool, and she decomes bloated after her evening meals which is accompanied with a fever. Although her temperatures comes down after giving her paracetamol and ibuprofen. It's been going on for two days now.

I really appreciate your concern the diarrhea in pediatric age group is self limiting only hydration is matter and this should be watched otherwise 4 to 5 stool in day can be considered as normal, stop giving all the medicine no need to give it without any indication, hope this information helps you have nice day.
