Suggest Treatment For Chocolate Cyst In The Ovaries

Hi I am lupi aged about 25 years. I have completed two years of my married life. One year ago I went to doctor for a child. He did all types of invistigation and found choklet cyst on left Ovary which is 5 cm in size. He done laproscopy surgery to remove the cyst. He succeed. But after 7 or 8 months it comes again with the size of 7 cm. Now he suggest me to leser surgery. Actually I m puzzled now what to do next bcoz till now I have no baby.....
