Hello,

Chronic dizziness may be due to:
1. Vestibular apparatus dysfunction
2. Age related
3. Cervical spondylosis
4. Stroke
5. Cardiac problems
6. Parkinsonism
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done MRI brain and spine, ECG, serum B12 level etc. Please consult with your ENT specialist / neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
