Suggest Treatment For Chronic Indigestion

I am a 45 year old female and for the last two weeks I have had cronic indigestion coming from the throat which seems very tender and my ear tingle abit. is this an infection

I have no medical history to speak of for this. I never ever get indigestion. I weight about 9 stone

Thank you for your question.

This is not an infection, its mainly due to the acid reflux.
As for your indigestion it can cause acid reflux which can come up to your esophagus causing heart burn and even pain in your throat. At times it can cause some tingling in your ear.
I would advise you to work on your eating habits, not to lay day down flat for 2 hours after eating. Have high fiber diet and minimize intake of spice and fatty food.
Try to exercise 30 minutes daily x 5 days a week
I would advise you to take nexium and motilium tablets.
