Suggest Treatment For Chronic Late Stage Lyme Disease

Hello, I have chronic late stage lyme disease, I have been on multiple medications, iv therapy, for 1 1/2 years,I am having many skin problems along with swollen glands on top of both shoulders, its not painful, just uncomfortable. Can you help with what this might be besides the lyme.

Biopsy of the swollen glands must be carried out at earliest to see what's going on , only after establishing the diagnosis we can decide further .
