Suggest Treatment For Chronic Nstipation
hello , i m 20 years old i have a chronic constipation and when i masturbate i have a pain in my anus and i have an obstructed defection feeling after masturbation it lasts for 3 or 4 weeks and now i can t fart easily and i have obstructed defecation every time i masturbate ,, this obstructed defecation affected my urination and now i can t urinate properly plus chronic constipation caused by that obstructed defecation

Masturbation and constipation is nothing to with each other because masturbation is physiological phenomenon, constipation is not the disease unless it is being proven, for the constipation, drink more water, have a fibber diet, keep the regular habit of toilet, even if you do not want to go for this, hope this helps.
