Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain And Blood In Urine

Hello, I have had a serious declining health issue for at least five years. I have severe stomach chronic pain, predominately on my left side. I have traces of blood in my urine. I have gastroparesis (verified by nuclear imaging). Two colonoscopies, one CT and one endoscopy all were clear (exceptions: tiny spot on liver detected and a couple small polyps removed from colon). Blood sugar is high at 6.0 and my Hemoglobin was at 134 (low) and I was diagnosed Anemic. I have lost over 100 lbs in basically two really fast increments. I now weigh 115 lbs (used to weigh 220lbs a few years ago), am pale, weak, light-headed, confused and emotional. I am male and 42 years old. My vision seems to get darker, lost my sex drive and life is no where near as vivid and bright as it used to be. No one doctor seems to know what is wrong with me. What is happening with me? What can I do to start feeling better, more energized and alive?
