General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your back ache radiating to lower extremities can be most likely due to lumbosacral disc issues. A physical examination and X-ray of lumbosacral spine will be helpful to rule out this. NSAIDS like Etoricoxib and muscle relaxants like Thiocolchicoside will be helpful. Physiotherapy should be done once the acute pain starts disappearing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
