Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi

Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may give her a dose of antiemetic to relieve vomiting such as Syp. Domperidone or Ondensetrone. Also, deworming with Syp. Albendazole will be of help.

In cases, she continues to be disoriented or suffers high grade fever spikes with vomiting, then do visit a pediatrician for complete clinical examination and definitive management.

Hopefully this will be helpful.
Take care
