Suggest Treatment For Clicking Sound In Hip

Sure. 2 simple questions. Had moderately loud RIGHT hip clicking sounds while walking (all the time: 2 years?) without pain. Recent pain (approx. one month) to LEFT hip while ambulating, stepping up or down a stair step. Doc & Rehab staff don t think either are an issue; calls it age related. I m female, age 66.

I also agree with your doctors. Specially about clicking sound, it is not a issue at all as it happens with any person . Now i come to other hip joint with pain.If it is causing severe pain then I would suggest you to get MRI of the hip joint. It will show if there is any labral tear or any hip synovitis or fluid collection is present. If it is there then it need to be addressed. I would suggest you to take Brufen for pain relief.
