Hi.... Usage of metatop like this is justified, based on the severity of the symptoms of your kid. If she's falling under the category of moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis then it is perfectly justified. But in medicine befire administering any drug the physician will evaluate the risk benefit ratio and take a decision based on a fine balance. So trust your doctor and continue the medication as he or she has suggested.
