Suggest Treatment For Cold And Blocked Ears

hello doctor i am ragu. Two months back i got cold even with cold i started to have tender cocunut,daily 5 bananas,oranges,lime juices, icecreams without worrying about cold. i didnt go to any doctor, as the days goes on my right ear become blocked,then i went to hosiptal he gave lot of tablets then i feel like ok later on after stopping tablet onc again cold started.when i am in room no probe with cold when i go out sometimes running nose some time it becomes solid.cold is not stable at all.then i went to doctor he didnt said anything. he gave me rhinoryl drops,mometasone aqueous nasal spray ip,tablets like amoxycillin &dicloxallin capsules,omeprazole & domoperidone capsules.... i dont have anyproblem of breathing, but he says little bit flesh is grown on ur nose we have operate like that. I went to make my cold and little bit ear pain cure but he says nose should be operated. first week wen i went he gave tablet, next week he seen my ear through endoscopy,next week he used one headset and tuned some frequency of sound. he asked whether it is audible or not like that he continued..for that he gave tablet.. this week when i went he seen my nose through endoscope he says some flesh is there in one nose we have to operate..he seen my ears he told its fine but i am facing little bit block and unblock in my ears.. i cant understand doctor wat he is trying to do. each and every week he ask to come he use to give tablets and drops for 1000 rupees. i cant understand wat he is trying to do. please suggist me wat i should do wat medicines i should take to cure my cold and ear block.. i went to ent only...is that operation necessary.. i am not facing any probe in breathing.. i never breath through mouth itself...pls help me doctor...
