Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough In Kids

my child age 3+ yrs is suffering from khansi, sardi, runing nose some times fever and met to doctor he advised

1. Azithral-xl liquid 200

2. Levodroppropizine syrup

3 CZ-3 syrup



and for constipation Lactolose Solution USP





but i have given 2 no. and 3 rd no. syrup to my child could not used 1 no.

my child still suffering from both khansi ans sardi , runing nose.



please advise me.

Is there any specific reason for not giving antibiotic syrup azithral.
I think if your doctor has advised you the antibiotic there must be some infection in respirastory tract so i would suggest you to give azithral.
