Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough

Doctor my son Ahan is of 2mnths old, since last 2weeks he is sufferng from cough n cold his child specialist had asked us to go for sanirest 5drops 3times a day for 3days but it has not benefited at all ,please suggest a medicine which can give him an immidiate relief from cough n cold both .
