Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough

My 3.5 year old son is suffering with cold and cough from the last 15-20 days, we have contact a doctor he ask us to give Monticope- KID and DILO BMfor next 3months,it is almost 10 days but there is no change in the situation, can you recommend wht shall we do now,shall we continue with the same medicine.

Welcome to health care magic
Monticope can be given for 3 months but not dilo bm.If he doesn't respond in next seven days then he should be investigated for chronic cough ( like CBC ESR ,serum IgE total,MT,x ray chest,sputum for AFB)
