Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi dear
welcome to the HCM,
Antihistaminic with decongestsnt drugs will help in reliving the congestion.
Bronchodiltors like salbutamol along with mucolytic drugs will relieve the breathing difficulty and phlum.
Nebulization with bronchodilators ( duolin) is also required for relieving the congestion.
Since the symptoms are for three weeks one should also consider some investigations like AEC. CBC, ESR, CXR and relevant antibiotic may also be considered.
Hope the query is answered.
thanks
