Suggest Treatment For Cold, Swollen Glands, Exhaustion And Dizziness

I have been sick since the beginning of November. Symptoms presented as the common cold and I was told to let it run its course. Initial symptoms: cough, runny nose, mucus drip, swollen glands. Fast forward to the first of December and I was exhausted and still presenting all the same symptoms. I took a Zpac and was no better. Third week in December, went back to the dr. And still sick and completely exhausted. No energy. Given 2 week antibiotic and have two days left and no better. What should be my next steps. Something is wrong. I m also dizzy and now freezing all the time.
