Suggest Treatment For Constant Bloating Post A Meal

Hi: Dr. after eating any kind of food, still I fill blowing, gad and pain, and my bowel movement is regular, I never had normal movement for years, my colonoscopy was okay, and also my endoscopy was okay too .what is the best way, or treatment for this problem?

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history or irregular bowel habits, bloating after any food along with pain. Colonoscopy and upper GI Endoscopy is normal.
This indicates that you may have some sort of bowel obstruction.
I would advise you the following:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Enteroclysis
CT scan of the abdomen.
Tests of stool and blood.
All these along with clinical evaluation and examination can give you the most proper diagnosis.
You have to make a list of the foods and beverages that cause you more problems and stop them altogether.
It is not possible that you can not tolerate everything.
