Hi,

You have a severe diarrhea since 2008 when you had an accident.
You have practically underwent many tests which were normal and have visited 12 Doctors.
When all the tests are normal the cause is said to be IBS.
IBS means irritable Bowel Syndrome.
The commonest cause of IBS os stress and anxiety.
Unless these are controlled by proper therapy under the guidance of a Psychiatrist.
Try self control.
Change thinking process, place or whatever it takes to have control over stress and anxiety.
Some Medications may help to control stress and anxiety and to be taken under the guidance of a Doctor.

Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
