Suggest Treatment For Constant Feeling Of Numbness And Dizziness

I have been getting constant feelings of numbness and dizziness. IE:
My shoulder tops, fingertips,parts of my face(usually mouth) and parts of my head get a numb like feeling similar to a weed high I also become dizzy randomly or loose eye focus on everything for a few minutes. I have not smoked weed for about 6-7months I stopped on the reason that I had a seizure and wound up in the hospital with hives coming and going and was unconsience for a good 9 hours. All the doctors say my weed was laced with GHB or speed but they could find no traces of any drug other than weed.
