Suggest Treatment For Constant Nausea

Hi. I am a 17 year old girl who has been suffering from chronic nausea for about three years now. The nausea is worsened after eating, so I have lost a lot of weight. I would really like to be able to eat without feeling sick and also get my weight back up so that I don t look like a prepubescent 12 year old. I have tried many doctors and they loop me into an eating disorder category, but that does not help me feel better. I don t know what else to do.

Hello,
1) What about your appetite, any abdominal pain?
2) Chronic nausea with burning pain and normal appetite suggest possibility of gastritis/ gastric ulcer/ GERD.
3) GERD is condition in which content of stomach move upward into oesophagus due to abnormal lax junction of esophagus to stomach.
4) Although treatment for all these conditions are same, reason for development of these conditions are different and upper GI endoscopy may require to confirm it.
