Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Well I understand your problem but first of all I suggest to try a healthy diet. This means eating soup, vegetables, and fruits. Of course plenty of water and juices like orange juice, apple juice. Try to use fibrates, muesli to help and try fig jam and kiwi for daily use. Of course it wont be easy. You can also try senna tea for short period to help him in bed moments because taking a regular intestine movement need some time and pation with the diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
