Suggest Treatment For Constipation After Non Penetrative Sex
can fingering anus cause internal sphincter damage?
I fingered myself for pleasure, maybe got a little aggresive this time, felt around... been 3 weeks and can't poop right! at first it was thin, small pieces, then diarrea (encropsis?) and now right after the diarrea it is severe constipation, with tiny, thin pieces... please HELP!
Fingering may not cause this problem. It may be due to low fiber intake or irritable bowel syndrome or mucosa damage around the anus or sedentary lifestyle etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Take high fiber diet, spicy food, and alcohol. Avoid fatty food.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
