Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The causes of blood stain in bowel are: 1. Piles 2. Fissure 3. Fistula 4. Injury
You can take syrup Duphalac 15 ml, and apply Anovate ointment locally. Drink a lot of fluids, take light diet with high fiber content. The Treatments depend upon the underlying conditions. kindly follow-up with detailed history or consult with the surgeon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
