Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Hemorrhoids

Yes - I have been trying to get my constipasion taken care of . I have not had a B M in over a week. I went to E R they gave me an Fleets enema with NO results. Every tim I have the urge to have a B M it stops at my hemorrhoids and stopa . I can t stand the terrible pain. This happens every 5 to 10 minutes..P)lease help me.
