Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi, Ive been having alot of pain in my right lower abdominal and my lower back with tearing and sharp pains... Prior to that my stool smelled like ammonia but now im constipated.... With the symptoms in which i wrote above... Please what could this be??? Im a 30 year old women....

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the right lower abdomen and the lower back with tearing and sharp pains.
Prior to that the stool smelled like ammonia bu now you are constipated.
The most probable diagnosis in such a case is diverticulitis.
I would advise you to undergo a CT scan of the abdomen as ultrasonography would miss some diagnosis, and colonoscopy after good preparation but after the CT scan is done.
This will give you the proper diagnosis and give a plan of proper medical treatment.
