Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Pain Under Rib Cage

hi i am regulary experincing unusual sumtons internally. the best wya to descibe is,

symptoms, like a bad bout of constipation.

sharp pin like jabs under the rib cage

eating and drinking enthise the symptoms.

I also get very dry in the mouth and stomach.

I have had all the tests, indososcopy, colonoscopy, bloods etc. they have found inflamation, bot no ulcers.

Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful..
Drink more water per day...
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods..
Fruits like kiwi and peach helpful in digestion..
Lemon water give quick relief in..
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage ,cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc...
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
