Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
First, if you have noticed small lump during bowel evacuation and if one doctor has examined per anum then yes it might be because of internal or external haemorrhoids.
It needs to be rechecked by proctoscopy test by a general surgeon if you have still any doubt.
The reason could be your hard stools passing for the past few days which actually causes excess straining during defecation which in turn lead to tearing of the anal skin or mucosa.
These piles or lumps causes burning sensations around the anus and
anal canal and they might also cause the blood during stool passing.
You should go for routine blood with electrolytes, stool examination (you have already done before) with proctosopy by an experienced surgeon to have a correct diagnosis and the positions of piles.
You may require,
1) Antibiotics (quinolones like
ofloxacin or
norfloxacin with antiprotozoals like
metronidazole or
ornidazole) with
2) Topical application of steroids with lignociane creams or ointments to reduce pain and inflammation with
3) Hot seitz bath,
4) Laxatives or purgatives to have a soft and effortless stool evacuation.
5) Vitamin b complex with
folic acid to have a rapid healing of ulcer.
You must
consult general surgeon for complete history, thoroughly examination and treatment for suspected piles.
Thanks and Regards,
