I am a 32 yrs male.my height is 5ft 7inch & my weight is approx 62 kg.

About 10 yrs ago i was treated with T.B.(cox).then 2 yrs later i have symptoms of thyroid like constipation, fatique, memory loss etc.At that time doctor done a thyroid test & advised me to take thyroxine 25 mg per day empty stomach.then again after 2 yrs i got problem in my stomach .another MD doctor done a thyroid test & told me that body system automatically started sectation of thyroid hormones & there is no need of taking medicine.about 6 month ago i have done thyroid test again & my TSH level was 1.5.

Now I have done LIVER PANEL 1-L.F.T,GLUCOSE -FASTING & PP,MYCO. IGA,URINE ROUTINE ,ULTRASOUND & TSH.

Except TSH ultrasensitive(clia) which is 7.869 & Epithelial cells present in urine ,everything are within normal range.

Now I am suffering from stomach gas, constipations, pain in calf musscles, fatiqueness, anxiety, forgetfullness, low b.p.,weight loss, frustration etc.

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi dear user
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have the symptoms of hypothyroidism.Your TSH is high and this means hypothyroidism too.

My advice is to see an endocrinologist in your area ,to do the thyroid tests(free T3and free T4) to understand the thyroid function and an thyroid ultrasound for the thyroid structure. This are important for the definitive diagnose and the treatement.
According to your symptoms and TSH in my opinion you need to restart the treatement with Levothyroxine and you must talk with your doctor for the right dosage.

Hope this information is helpful for you.
If you have other doubts ,i will be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
