Suggest Treatment For Constipation , Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain

For several months I have been having trouble passing stool. With constipation and diarrhea, I have to push REALLY hard. It s fowl smelling, greasy, dark (almost black), red around the stool in the water, i have abdominal pain, bloating, and I feel like I can t empty my bowels. I ve recently been having nausea with vomiting here and there, indigestion, heart burn, and I m so tired and weak. Can you please help me?

Hi,
All these symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease or parasitic infestation.
You must undergo routine blood investigations with urine and stool examination for routine micro and ova or ultrasound of abdomen or upper GI scopy.
Treatment is mainly depend upon the underlying cause but meanwhile symptommatic treatment can be given.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones and antiprotozoals or amoxicillin with clavulanic acid) and antihelminthic like albendazole with proton pump inhibitors,prebiotics and probiotics.
You must consult gastroenterologist for complete medical history and thoroughly clinical examination for diagnosis.
