Suggest Treatment For Constipation In A 15 Year Old

I have a 15 year old, throughout is going up, has had problems with constipation, he is lazy and wont take is extra fiber etc.... wont do miralax etc..... we was doing so well, for awhile, then got lazy and said, I am alright and now it is going to take another few months to get him clean, like no poop on the underwear, I am in in good contact with the doctor, she is great, he has a specialist too, but I am going nuts!!!!! he doesn t take any other medicines, he is lucky! but, just plain lazy!!! I just don t know what to do anymore

which is in conflict right now and requires corrections .
- Regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA

- Plenty of liquids with high fiber diet is must .
- No smoking or alcohol .
