Suggest Treatment For Constipation When Undergoing IVF

Hi Doctor, I've been undergoing IVF and am suffering from bad constipation due to all the drugs that I am prescribed. I took 2 cremalax yesterday evening and 1 today morning. It has still not had any effect. Could you advice anything for immediate relief? Thank you

Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Drink more water.
-Take laxative.
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
-Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplement.
