Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I have been constipated since February. I did go see a Dr about it and did everything he told me to do but but not had a normal bowel movement by myself without help. Please I m getting worried there is something seriously wrong with me. Should I go see a gastroenterologist?

I will suggest to see a gastroenterologist or a surgeon to rule out bowel obstruction and to make further investigations.
