Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I eat well and drink tons of water and exercise ALL regularly. I am able to go to the bathroom EASILY EVERYDAY. However, since last Thursday I have not been able to go to the bathroom and I can feel that something is in my stomach. I NEED to go but CANT. I have tried prunes, enemas, a liquid cleanse and nothing is helping. What could be the cause? And how do I get relief?

Hello,

Impacted stools or bowel paralysis or hypokalemia or bowel obstruction etc may useful.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done serum electrolytes and ultrasound abdomen. If necessary erect x-ray abdomen.

Take high fibre diet and regular exercise.

If not improved means then needed to be treated with manual removal.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
