Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hello! I have noticed this only in the past week but when I have been going to the loo to pass stools it feels like something sharp is scraping as it comes out, yet nothing appears to be there!? And when I wipe there has been tiny bright speckles. I'm a little worried this could be something serious. Do you know what it might be?? It seems to be happening most times I go for a poo.

Thanks, Melissa
