Suggest Treatment For Constipation

I have a seventeen year old special needs wheelchair bound daughter with trisomy 13. She has a bad sinus infection and yesterday was put on Azithromycin tablets. She has chronic constipation so the looser (but not diareha) is welcomed. However, since her first day on this yesterday and today her stools are a bright green. Almost a lime green. She has had this medicine before and I don't remember her having green stools. Should I be worried?
